NO REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND
Tickets & Memberships are transferrable to another user if they are verified 18, and when the transfer is completed prior to the commencement of the event.

PCVR is recommended for the smoothest experience in VR. There are no ticket refunds for wifi/technical/join issues you (the user) may have at the event.
PlayRoomSX takes zero responsibility for VRChat server issues or glitches that may interfere with your attendance at the event.

REFUND POLICY
In the event of the organiser cancelling or rescheduling the event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or ticket/membership transferral to the next PlayRoomSX event.
SERVICES & BOOKINGS
Confirmation of your booking requires full payment upfront online. Rescheduling is available via Discord up to 4 hrs prior to appointment, after which your forefit your payment. Contact Discord Username VenusSx. Session changes are permitted, but must equal to or exceed original payment value. Paypal securely processes credit cards, Visa Mastercard, AMEX and Discovery accepted. Statement shows RRWLimited.
